Your tasks
- Planning, organizing, and conducting practical training for apprentices and new employees
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of training within the institution
- Training and support of apprentices in everyday nursing care
- Conducting appraisal and feedback interviews
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Contributing to the further development of training concepts
Our requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed further training as a practical instructor or completed relevant pedagogical studies
- Ideally, experience in training apprentices
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken.
- Pedagogical skill and communication strength
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented and structured approach
