Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the radiology department in medical, organizational, and economic terms
- Ensuring high-quality patient care across the entire spectrum of radiology
- Performance and supervision of radiological diagnostics (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, interventional procedures)
- Strategic development of the department as well as the introduction of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the medical and non-medical team
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and hospital management
- Responsibility for quality management, hygiene, and safety standards
- Internal and external representation of the department
Our requirements
- Specialist (m/f/d) in Radiology – Specialist in Nuclear Medicine (m/f/d) with Clinical Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally as a senior physician or chief physician
- Comprehensive expertise in diagnostic and ideally interventional radiology
- Very good written and spoken German
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a sense of responsibility and decisiveness
- Commitment to innovation, quality assurance, and further development
