Your tasks
- Planning, organization and implementation of practical instruction in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensuring the individual support and development of our trainees and new employees
- Design and documentation of skills development in practical training
- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of practical examinations and learning development discussions
- Interdisciplinary cooperation
Our requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Completed additional pedagogical qualification as a practical guide (m/f/d)
- Experience in guiding trainees or new employees
- Very good written and spoken German
- Patient and team-oriented way of working
