Your tasks
- Specialist nursing tasks and care of geriatric patients (m/f/d)
- Support with mobilization and activating care
- Recognizing geriatric risks and resources and implementing preventive measures
- Assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Medication and pain management
- Ensuring care documentation
- Interdisciplinary cooperation
Our requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (f/m/d) or healthcare and nursing professional (f/m/d)
- Ideally first professional experience in the field of geriatrics
- Very good written and spoken German
- Patient and team-oriented way of working
