Your tasks

  • Performance and evaluation of laboratory medical examinations in various specialist areas
  • Sample receipt, preparation, and analysis of specimens
  • Operation, Maintenance, and Quality Control of Modern Laboratory Equipment
  • Documentation and Validation of Investigation Results
  • Compliance and implementation of quality and hygiene standards in the laboratory.
  • Collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
  • Support with organizational and administrative processes in the laboratory

 

Our requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MTLA) (f/m/d)
  • Ideally, professional experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Careful, structured, and responsible work approach
  • Technical understanding and confident use of laboratory and IT systems
  • Patient-centered, quality-oriented, and team-oriented thinking and acting
  • Microbiological knowledge desirable
  • Participation in regular night and weekend shifts
