Your tasks
- Planning, coordination, and management of operations in family services
- Deployment of our care staff according to needs, qualifications and availability
- Ensuring seamless care including appropriate deputization arrangements
- Professional guidance and support for care staff
- Monitoring of working hours and deployment documentation
- Ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and internal standards
- Monitoring the quality of care and following up on assignments
- Handling of complaints and quality deviations
- Contact person for families, businesses and cooperation partners
- Maintenance and updating of operational and customer data
- Documentation of completed operations
- Support with billing, reports and evaluations
Our requirements
- Completed training in the social, nursing, educational, or commercial sector – depending on the organization's structure
- Experience in resource planning and employee coordination
- Good knowledge in care and nursing organization
- Knowledge of the relevant legal and professional requirements
- Safe handling of documentation, administrative, and billing processes
- Experience in quality management or quality assurance is desirable
- Very good organizational and coordination skills
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
