Your tasks
- Assistance and professional support for people in need of care
- Performance of basic and nursing care
- Creation and documentation of the nursing process using modern IT technology
- Individual support and advancement of the residents in everyday life
- Collaboration with relatives, legal guardians, and attending physicians
Our requirements
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in residential elderly care or a comparable field
- Good command of spoken and written German
- Responsible, reliable, and independent working style
- Empathy and enjoyment in working with people in need of care
