Tasks, Competences and Responsibility

• Resource-focused supply planning for the home care of critically ill children and adolescents
• Coordination of palliative medical/palliative nursing care services
• Coordination of case discussions for specialized outpatient pediatric palliative care 
• Collaboration with internal and external network partners in the healthcare and social services sector
• Support in the planning, organization, and documentation of aid and care measures
• Performing general administrative and coordination tasks
