    Your tasks<\/h2>
    • Overall responsibility for the radiology department in medical, organizational, and economic terms<\/li>
    • Ensuring high-quality patient care across the entire spectrum of radiology<\/li>
    • Performance and supervision of radiological diagnostics (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, interventional procedures)<\/li>
    • Strategic development of the department as well as the introduction of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.<\/li>
    • Leadership, motivation, and development of the medical and non-medical team<\/li>
    • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and hospital management<\/li>
    • Responsibility for quality management, hygiene, and safety standards<\/li>
    • Internal and external representation of the department<\/li><\/ul>

      Our requirements<\/h2>
      • Specialist (m\/f\/d) in Radiology \u2013 Specialist in Nuclear Medicine (m\/f\/d) with Clinical Experience<\/li>
      • Several years of leadership experience in a senior position, ideally as a senior physician or chief physician<\/li>
      • Comprehensive expertise in diagnostic and ideally interventional radiology<\/li>
      • Very good written and spoken German<\/li>
      • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>
      • Entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a sense of responsibility and decisiveness<\/li>
      • Commitment to innovation, quality assurance, and further development<\/li><\/ul>
